The uNILinear way

Athlete-anchored retail and brand events inside one national program format.

A brand takes the same structure to every market, featuring its own local NIL athletes. Local impact stays high. The operating system stays the same.

The brief

One format that lands as a local event.

We do not sell a celebrity post and call it a program. Always with a student-athlete. Often with a collectible poster. Always built so your store, restaurant, or brand team can staff it and measure it.

You get a partner that knows retail, a compliant path for athlete pay, school royalties, and printing, and one event architecture.

The athlete changes by market. The system does not.

On every version

Press, social, incentives, and a project manager — support, not the product.

  • Local press direction.
  • Social direction.
  • Customer participation incentives.
  • One experienced project manager.
  • A compliant NIL path for athlete pay, school royalties, and printing.
  • One architecture a location can run and a brand can scale.

The system

National format. Local execution.

01

Always a student-athlete

02

Often a collectible poster

03

Location-staff-able

04

Compliance and payments through a defined NIL path

05

Press and social as support, not the product

06

One clear path from job jacket to event day

Three channels. One architecture.

Retail events

Built so associates can run the day and compare sales to a baseline Saturday. The athlete is on the floor. The poster and the offer give the customer a reason to buy now.

Athletes meeting guests during a restaurant game-day gathering

Restaurant and QSR events

The gathering is not the product. Moving people from the gathering to the counter is the product. Offers, receipts, and return visits are how we score it.

Brand ambassador events

Campus clinics, workshops, sampling, and a list of customers the brand can speak to after. Local impact stays high. The operating system stays the same.
